The first in the series, this was my first cover commission for a London publisher.The designer was looking for something a little different for these books and I had recently dropped my folio off there.

The designer saw a piece called Dark One and it clicked. That was the basis on which I was awarded the series and it has been a very enjoyable series of commissions. Fortunately, the author likes the covers a lot – it is such a lovely compliment when the author is pleased with the cover art.
